giving way to a trough of low pressure by late Friday morning and
afternoon. Dry conditions and southeasterly winds under the ridge will
yield to rain and increasing westerly winds with the trough passage.
Breezy westerly winds and a chance of light snow will persist Friday
night into Saturday.
