.DISCUSSION...Winds have increased ahead of a cold front off the eastern
Pacific.  Although there will be a lull in the winds overnight, they will
increase Sunday morning.  Winds will shift to a WNW direction behind the
front Sunday afternoon.  There will be very dry air accompanying the front,
therefore it will be cool by low RHs behind the system.
