.DISCUSSION...Increasing monsoonal moisture and an upper low
clipping the region will produce slight chances of isolated showers
and thunderstorms in the Ellensburg area starting after 7AM tomorrow
morning. Thunderstorms will be capable of gusty winds, small hail, and
heavy rains. Winds will also increase from the northwest tomorrow
afternoon to 10 to 15 mph, with gusts up to 25 mph. Winds will be
10 mph or less Thursday, with a slight chance of an isolated rain
shower Thursday afternoon.
