breezy winds across the fire area through this afternoon. Winds
are expected to peak between 1200-1500. A cooling and more moist
trend through the period. Inversion begins to develop after 2200
tonight, breaking up around 1100. Patchy fog is also expected
after midnight, dissipating shortly after 0600 on Thursday.
