influence the region through Thursday afternoon, before
a very weak system brings increasing cloud cover Thursday night
and Friday. Winds will generally be less than 10mph, with
northerly winds in the afternoons becoming variable in the
overnight hours, then becoming southwest in mornings.
Confidence is low (25-35%) in patchy fog developing in the
overnight and morning hours.
