winds today and variable overnight. Light rain will be possible
over the burn area, though any rain amounts will be up to 0.03
inches at best. RHs this afternoon will be in the mid to upper 30s
both afternoons with excellent overnight recovery. Ventilation
across the burn area will be poor through tomorrow morning.
