.DISCUSSION...Upper level ridging and surface high pressure will
keep conditions dry and winds calm at the fire site through the
period. High temperatures will be warming about 4 degrees from
Wednesday to Thursday as afternoon humidities drop 11%. Excellent
overnight recoveries are anticipated. Clear skies overnight will
attribute to a cold Thursday morning, with temperatures dropping
into the mid to upper 20s. Frost is also likely Thursday morning
at the fire area. Winds will be shifting Thursday due to diurnal
and terrain effects, shifting from the south in the morning, to
the east through the afternoon, and to the north in the evening.
