.DISCUSSION...Dry and windy conditions persist through 2 AM shifting SE
and decreasing to around 5 mph. Winds will be NE 8-16 mph with gusts
near 25 mph and moderate (60-65%) overnight RH recoveries tonight
and Wednesday night. Winds will increase Wednesday between 5-10 out of
the N with poor daytime RHs shifting to the SW near 11 PM with moderate
overnight RH recoveries. Thursday winds will be primarily W at 5-7 mph
with gusts starting around 5 PM to near 20 mph.

                    through the night. Haze through the night.
                    Patchy smoke early in the evening.
