morning will lead to cooler, near-normal temperatures Monday and Tuesday.
Southwest winds will be strongest early Monday morning with sustained
winds slackening by mid-morning. Some gusts to 15 mph Monday afternoon
are possible (50% chance). By late Tuesday afternoon and evening, winds
are forecast to become more variable.
