.DISCUSSION...There will be a slight (20 percent) chance of showers and
afternoon thunderstorms on Wednesday with some lingering moisture across the region.

Wednesday night and Thursday will be dry.  High temperatures are expected to be
cooler than today, with highs in the mid 80s on Wednesday, and lower 80s on Thursday.

MIN RH values will still be quite low, only 12 to 17 percent on Wednesday, and a bit higher
on Thursday around 15 to 20 percent, with moderate overnight recoveries.
