.DISCUSSION...An upper low offshore will begin to move across the
area beginning Friday, with rain chances increasing starting in
the afternoon through Saturday. Best chances of wetting
rains(60-70%) won`t be until late Saturday night as the low
tracks overhead. Winds will shift from southwest to northwest
briefly Friday evening, then shift back to the southwest Friday
night through Saturday. Afternoon RHs will be in the mid 30s
Friday, but increase into the mid 60s Saturday with good overnight
recovery.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (15-25 percent) then becoming partly
                    sunny (45-55 percent). Slight chance of rain
                    showers late in the afternoon. Chance of rain
                    showers late in the afternoon.
