.DISCUSSION...An upper level system will bring breezy conditions
to the fire line Monday with sustained winds of 8 to 12 mph with
guts near 23 mph with higher gusts along the ridgelines. Winds
will continue overnight before decreasing Tuesday to 5 to 8 mph
and higher along the ridgelines. Temperatures will be mild in the
upper 50s to low 60s Monday and reaching near 70s Tuesday. Daytime
RH values Monday will be in the moderate/good range between 48 to
53% with excellent overnight recoveries between 78 to 81%.
