.DISCUSSION...A frontal system will bring rain showers into
tonight, with high (greater than 75%) chances of a wetting rain
for the eastern slopes of the Washington Cascades and low (30% or
less) chances elsewhere. Slight chance (15-25%) of wet
thunderstorms in the Washington Cascades and Kittitas Valley this
afternoon and evening. Localized overlap of breezy winds and low
RH returns east of Cascade gaps Thursday afternoon.
