...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 5 and 8
  inches.

* WHERE...Higher Elevations of Fayette and Higher Elevations of
  Westmoreland Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
  conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday
  morning commute.

  Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, and Western Tucker
  Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.
  The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.
