  Southeastern Greene County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Marion County in northern West Virginia...
  Northern Monongalia County in northern West Virginia...
  Southeastern Wetzel County in northern West Virginia...

* Until 515 AM EDT.

* At 443 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located 6 miles east of Jacksonburg, or 10 miles west
  of Mannington, moving northeast at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught
           without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or
           destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will
           occur. Tree damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Morgantown, Westover, Mannington, Star City, Point Marion,
  Granville, Fairview, Cassville, Bobtown, Greensboro, Blacksville,
  Smithfield, Mount Morris, Daybrook, McCurdyville, Pentress, Brave,
  Wana, Core and Wadestown.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built
building away from windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home,
or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect
yourself from flying debris.
