Past 24 hour precipitation...
A few bands extending from far eastern Ohio, across the northern
West Virginia panhandle, and into southwest Pennsylvania received
between 0.50 and 1.25 inches of rainfall, with the largest such
band over the Allegheny Basin. Outside of these bands, more isolated
totals of 0.50 inch or less were seen.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Up to 0.50 inch may fall over the Upper Mon and Cheat Basins, with
spottier totals of 0.25 inch or less across most other basins.

River trends...
Area rivers are forecast to remain steady or slightly fall into
the weekend.
