...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM EST THIS EVENING FOR VERY
LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITIES AND GUSTY WINDS ALONG THE WESTERN SLOPES
OF THE ALLEGHENY FRONT IN WEST VIRGINIA.

The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect until 8 PM EST this evening.

* AFFECTED AREA...Eastern Tucker county.

* TIMING...Now until 8 pm EST this evening.

* WINDS...Southeast 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 percent.

* FUEL MOISTURE...Dropping as low as 10 percent.

* IMPACTS...The combination of dry conditions, low humidity, and
  gusty winds may result in favorable conditions for the rapid
  spread of fires.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
