Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.

Locally heavy rainfall is possible on Sunday which may lead to
localized flooding.

Another round of severe weather is a possibility Monday, with
Marginal (1 out of 5) risk in effect for areas south and east of
Pittsburgh currently, although this risk could expand. Locally heavy
rainfall is possible on Monday which may lead to localized flooding.
