.DISCUSSION...A low pressure system will lift north today and will
bring rounds of showers and a few thunderstorms. Given the dry air
in place and mid and upper level cloud cover moving north, the
showers are not expected to impact the prescribed burn area until
the evening timeframe or after 2300. Realtively light south winds
are expected this afternoon with some gusts reaching 10 mph after
1200. A relatively less complex terrain will make for little local
effects with the exception of an east aspect on the eastern edge of
the operation. RH values could reach the upper 20% range by 1600.
