.DISCUSSION...High pressure will keep mainly sunny skies in place
today. Winds will generally be from the southeast with some gusts
reaching 10 to 12 mph at times. However, no terrain features should
produce any channeling or gap winds of any type within the current
incident area. Low RH today will look to be around 39%. That could
get a tad lower but 39% should be most representative. The only
concern today would be how long the inversion traps the smoke which
