guidance has backed off with hourly probabilities (single digits).
MinRH values will be 60 or greater with seasonal daytime highs.
Winds will be out of the north- northeast around 5-10 mph with
gusts in eastern Ohio up to 15 mph.
Friday is forecast to be drier with a minimum relative
humidity largely at or above 40%. Overnight into Friday, light
