Rounds of rain and snow through the week and into the weekend will
keep plenty of moisture in place. Wind will be gusty over the next
couple days as high as 20-25 mph Tuesday, 40-45 mph on Wednesday
(up to 50-60 mph in the WV ridges), and relaxing some to 20-30 mph
on Thursday. Well below normal temperatures will settle in by the
weekend.
