HIGH PRESSURE IS CENTERED OVER THE REGION WITH DRIER AIR.
TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN NEAR OR BELOW FREEZING THROUGH THE END OF
THE WEEK. WIND CHILL VALUES TONIGHT WILL FALL TO AROUND 0
DEGREES, WHEN THE GREATEST IMPACTS FROM THE EXTREME COLD ARE
EXPECTED. A WINTER STORM SYSTEM WILL THEN BRING WIDESPREAD
SNOWFALL LATE THURSDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY FRIDAY NIGHT. BETWEEN 3 TO
5 INCHES, WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE. SNOW
WILL QUICKLY ACCUMULATE ON ALL SURFACES AND IMPACT TRAVEL ON
FRIDAY.
