WEATHER SYNOPSIS
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PADUCAH KY
148 AM CST FRI NOV 15 2024

A SHARP CLEARING LINE WILL MOVE WEST-TO-EAST ACROSS THE AREA
TODAY, AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES IN AND AND TRANSLATES DIRECTLY
OVERHEAD. PATCHY FOG IS POSSIBLE WHERE CLOUDS CLEAR DURING THE
EARLY MORNING HOURS, THEN SLOWLY BUT SURELY, SUNSHINE RETURNS TO
THE FORECAST, BUT MAY TAKE WELL INTO THE AFTERNOON FOR EASTERN
PORTIONS OF THE REGION TO FULLY REALIZE. SEASONALLY CHILLY HIGHS
IN THE UPPER 50S TO LOWER 60S FINISH OUT THE WEEK, THEN AS THE
HIGH PRESSURE SHIFTS EAST THIS WEEKEND, WE BEGIN A TREND TOWARD
MODERATING TEMPERATURES THAT SEE HIGHS UP TO AND INTO THE LOWER
70S RETURN FOR THE FIRST HALF OF THE WEEK. A BIG COOLDOWN IN
TEMPERATURES IS STILL POSSIBLE AFTER THE HIGH YIELDS ITS GRIP TO A
MID WEEK STORM SYSTEM, WITH HIGHS NEXT THURSDAY FORECAST ONLY IN
THE 40S TO AROUND 50 DEGREES.
