THROUGH 600 PM CDT...

At 530 PM CDT, emergency management reported a strong thunderstorm
producing a landspout over Fairfield, moving south at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Landspouts and wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Emergency management.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
         could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
         objects.

Locations impacted include...
Fairfield and Jeffersonville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
