Survey Summary:
An EF1 tornado briefly touched down northwest of Harrison,
Illinois and Murphysboro, Illinois with peak winds of 100 mph.
The tornado damaged several roofs, barns and trees in a fairly
narrow path. The tornado touched down on the west end of Cedar
Road before traveling east northeast to the intersection of Casey
Road and Ava Road before lifting.
