This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Spotty black ice will cause some slippery road conditions early
this morning, particularly on untreated side roads and bridges as
well as sidewalks and parking lots.

Sub-freezing temperatures will continue, with minimum forecast wind
chills ranging from around zero in the north to around 10 degrees in
the south this morning and especially late tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

A Winter Storm Watch is now in effect for portions of far
Southeast Missouri and Western Kentucky from late Thursday night
into early Friday night. Accumulating snowfall is likely across
the entire region with impacts to travel expected. Refer to the
statement for more details.
