This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Dangerously cold temperatures between 5 below and 5 above zero are
expected early this morning generally along the Interstate 64
corridor. Please refer to the Cold Weather Advisory for details.

Dense freezing fog will also be possible, mainly over the northern
half of the area. Visibilities of a quarter mile or less and black
ice will be possible. Please refer to the Freezing Fog Advisory
for details.

Accumulating snow will spread eastward across southeast Missouri
after midnight and may reach adjacent portions of Illinois and
Kentucky by daybreak. Travel problems will likely develop quickly
after the snow begins. Please refer to the Winter Storm Warning
for details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Accumulating snow will spread eastward over the entire Quad State
in the morning and then come to an end from the west in the late
afternoon and evening. Travel problems will likely develop
quickly after the snow begins. Most of the region will receive 3
to 5 inches of snow. Please refer to the Winter Storm Warning for
details.
