RH values will drop to around 25% this afternoon. Mixing will be
limited at ignition time, with the 1700 ft mixing height being met

dispersal conditions will be poor at ignition time, becoming good
this afternoon. A chance of rain arrives late tonight, but any rain
that falls will be very light.
