Smoke dispersion will be very poor today due to weak transport
winds and limited mixing. RH`s will also be quite high, remaining
above 70% until afternoon. Scattered showers and possibly an
isolated thunderstorm are expected this morning, with coverage
increasing by late morning into the afternoon.

.REST OF TODAY...

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (80-90 percent). Chance of rain
                    showers and slight chance of thunderstorms in
                    the morning, then rain showers likely and
                    chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon.
CWR.................22 percent increasing to 45 percent late in the
