An arctic cold blast will continue through the end of the week
with poor dispersion expected. While conditions remain dry into
Thursday, a winter storm system will bring widespread snowfall
late Thursday night into early Friday night. Drier conditions
return over the weekend with high temperatures rising above
freezing.
