.DISCUSSION...
Primarily dry conditions are expected through Monday. Thereafter,
daily chances for scattered showers and thunderstorms will be
possible most of the week. Mixing heights will be 5000 feet or
higher each of the next 3 days. Southerly transport winds will be
highest today especially across Illinois and Missouri where fair
dispersion is forecast. Lower wind speeds on Monday and Tuesday
will result in poor dispersion.
