...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Missouri...

  Current River near Doniphan affecting Ripley County.

.The Current River at Doniphan is now forecast to rise to a crest of
21 feet around daybreak Thursday, which is faster than previously
forecast. The river will then fall to below flood stage by Friday
afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE FRIDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Current River near Doniphan.

* WHEN...Until late Friday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 PM CST Wednesday the stage was 16.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:30 PM CST Wednesday was 16.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.0
    feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    Friday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    21.1 feet on 02/25/1985.
