.DISCUSSION...
This is a slightly updated forecast from the other forecast
submitted for Penner Ranch with the afternoon forecast information.
At burn time late tomorrow morning, the winds will be out of the
north-northeast at 10-15 mph and continue through the afternoon
before becoming light and variable after sundown. Relative
humidities will fall to near 25% by late afternoon before starting
to recover after sundown. Temperatures will warm to near 50 degrees
in the afternoon with increasing high cloudiness.
