Well above-average temperatures are expected this afternoon with high
temperatures just above 100 degrees and minimum relative humidity near
25 percent. Southerly winds at 15 to 20 mph shift to the southwest towards
mid-morning with gusts increasing to 25 to 30 mph by mid-day. There is a low
probability (less than 25%) of thunderstorms this afternoon, with strong
to severe wind gusts and cloud-to-ground lightning possible.
