Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected throughout the morning hours. The strongest thunderstorms will be capable of frequent cloud-to-ground lightning. By early afternoon, storm coverage is expected to increase, with another organized line of storms expected to impact Oklahoma County during the afternoon hours. These storms will have very heavy rainfall, increasing the flooding risk. The severe risk is uncertain depending on how quickly the atmosphere recovers, but damaging winds and a low tornado risk exist. Storm chances will once again increase late tonight and into tomorrow morning as a final round of active weather approaches. .REST OF TODAY...
