there is a low chance that some areas of elevated conditions may
develop Thursday afternoon. Confidence in this is low but it is
not out of the question. Otherwise, breezy southwest winds and
warm temperatures expected Thursday.
A cold front will move across the area Thursday night into Friday
with winds shifting to the north and northeast.
