* WHAT...Snow expected. Localized snow accumulations of 1 to 2
  inches.

* WHERE...Mead, Colbert, Newman Lake, Rathdrum, Hayden, Post Falls,
  and Coeur d`Alene.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM PST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Quick accumulations will occur with a band of snow
  mainly north of Interstate 90 across the Spokane and Coeur d`Alene
  metro area. Motorists should be prepared for locally treacherous
  conditions during the morning commute.
