 Paradise Creek at Moscow will likely remain between 8 and 8.8 feet
 through this evening (Tuesday). The creek is forecast to fall below
 the Action Stage of 8 feet on Wednesday and continue receding
 through the weekend. The Little Spokane River at Dartford will fall
 below the Action Stage of 5.5 feet today or tonight (Tuesday). The
 river will continue to recede Wednesday through the weekend. The
 Palouse River at Potlatch is forecast to fall below the Action Stage
 of 14 feet this afternoon or evening (Tuesday). The river will
 continue to recede Wednesday through the end of the week.
