.DISCUSSION...

A dry air mass is over project today resulting in low humidity
and unstable weather conditons.  Lowest RH values will hit between
1500-1600 pdt.   General winds are largely out of the northeast.  Speeds
are very light this morning but will increase slightly after 1400
with potential for infrequent gusts to 15 mph during the period
of peak mixing heights.  Inversions will set back in after 1900 with
light drainage winds overnight.  Friday will feature light terrain driven
winds and warmer temperatures with a subtle increase in RH.
