.DISCUSSION...

A dry cold front will push across the Gold Creek Fire late
Saturday afternoon between 1600 and 1900 PDT. This will result in
a wind shift from east-southeast to out of the north. Clouds will
thicken up on Saturday ahead of the front, but little to no
precipitation accumulation is expected on the fire. Breezier north
winds with a slight chance for showers and thunderstorms is
expected by Sunday afternoon.
