today by roughly 8 percent. Shallow morning inversions will lift
around 0900. Winds will persist from the southeast through this
afternoon then shift to the northwest after 2000. Thermal belts
remain in place overnight with poor recoveries and weak
inversions. Tomorrow will be hotter and drier with very unstable
conditions.
