Trough passing over the region today will deliver mostly
cloudy skies with a 30% chance for showers mainly before 1300.
Rainfall amounts will light.  Clouds break late today and
overnight with cooler and drier air starting to filter into the
area.  Friday will be dry with increasing mixing heights but lighter
transport winds.  A wet storm system arrives Saturday with potential
for several inches of snow.
