pressure builds over the Inland Northwest. Clouds will clear from
the northwest to southeast, though there is some uncertainty if
low clouds over the project will dissipate completely. Surface
winds will generally be from the west-northwest through the early
afternoon, shifting to the south this evening, and then to the
south or southeast on Wednesday. There is a 20% chance for snow
