Central WA:
- Breezy winds this afternoon and evening.
- A chance of showers and a 15 percent chance of thunderstorms
zones 698, 697, and northern 696 this afternoon.
Eastern WA:
- A chance of showers across far eastern Washington in the
afternoon through early Saturday morning.
North ID:
- A chance of showers in the afternoon through early Saturday
morning.
Clouds will increase from south to north through the day today.
The best chance for showers will be across the southeast Washington
and the North Cascades this afternoon into the early evening.
Shower coverage will move north across far eastern Washington and
north Idaho through the afternoon and evening, but will be
isolated in nature. Precipitation will be light. Temperatures will
be near seasonal normals through Saturday with a warming and
drying trend beginning Sunday. Hot and dry conditions return by
Tuesday.
