...MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW EXPECTED THIS EVENING BEFORE 930 PM...

Moderate to heavy snow is expected before 930 PM this evening.
Temperatures below freezing will allow for this snow to
accumulate. Snowfall rates will approach near an inch per hour.
Visibilities will be locally reduced to around half to quarter of
a mile at times.

Untreated surfaces will become slippery. Motorists should exercise
extreme caution and drive extra slowly, allowing extra distance
between vehicles.
