  counties.

* TIMING...From 8 AM this morning to 6 PM EST this evening.

* WINDS...Southwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 20 mph,
  highest near the coast.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...50 to 60 percent, highest near the coast.

* TEMPERATURES...mid and upper 70s.

* LIGHTNING...None.

* IMPACTS...Increased fire spread if ignition occurs.

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
