* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...In Connecticut, Southern Middlesex, Southern New Haven,
  and Southern New London Counties. In New York, Northeast Suffolk
  and Southeast Suffolk Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
