  seas 1 to 3 feet expected.

* WHERE...Long Island Sound west of Port Jefferson and New
  Haven, New York Harbor, and South Shore Bays from Jones Inlet
  through Shinnecock Bay.

* WHEN...From 2 PM Friday to 6 PM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There will likely be a period during Friday
  night that winds fall below small craft criteria, but are
