.DISCUSSION...
A cold front slowly approaches from the west today and moves into
the region late tonight, then passes east by late Monday. There is
a chance of light showers northwest this afternoon, and a chance
of showers across the region tonight and Monday. Rainfall will
likely be less than a tenth of an inch.
A light south flow this morning increases to 10 to 15 mph, with
occasional higher gusts by midday. The lowest relative humidity
ranges from 50 to 60 percent. Monday winds will be light and
variable early then become southwest 5 to 10 mph during the
morning, and west by late in the day across the Lower Hudson
Valley into Northeastern New Jersey and New York City. The lowest
relative humidity will range from 40 to 50 percent.
