.DISCUSSION...
The winds begin to increase this afternoon out of the SW and
then become more W towards Thursday morning and afternoon. A
cold front will pivot through Thursday morning with strong
winds to follow into the day Thursday and into Thursday
evening. A wetting rain is likely, especially for eastern
sections tonight into Thursday morning. Minimum RH values fall
on Thursday, mainly in the 35 to 45 percent range.
