Gusty winds through the evening caused surface temperatures at
lowest elevations to remain above freezing causing mostly rain or a
mix of rain and snow. Highest elevations have seen below freezing
temperatures, but drier air has prevented any measurable snowfall.
Accumulating snow is no longer expected.
