* At 627 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from Carthage to 8 miles northeast of Woodbury, moving
  east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Sparta, Hamptons Crossroads, Bakers Crossroads, Hickman,
  Gordonsville, Smithville, Baxter, Virgin Falls State Natural Area,
  Dowelltown, Burgess Falls State Park, Liberty, Center Hill Lake,
  Doyle, Monterey, Edgar Evins State Park, Cookeville, Algood, and
